based in India, city of dreams , Mumbai. This is the first year of the festival.  It's motive is to be the odd one out of the film festival community.

It's  motive is to promote creative  films on a wider platform around the globe.
 
This festival is a revolution to independent film makers all over.  V R The Change value each and every film makers ideas which are put into making of a film, and  keeping that in mind we at

V R THE Change want to give the film makers to not only take part in our festival but to ensure that the winners get an OTT platform release in India and abroad and earn revenue from it.

 

We provide Honorable mention and Special Mention certificates for other selected participants.

Cinematographer. A cinematographer in the Indian film and TV industry, Films- Nabar: A Rebel with a Cause, Rainbow Fields, Saavi: A Bonded Bride, Adomya, 47 to 84 & Shivam

Dhanushka Gunathilake

Dhanushka Gunathilake was born in Kandy - Sri Lanka in 1982. He has a strong professional and academic background as a cinematographer, educator and international film festival jury member. Dhanushka is an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of Indian (FTII). He has been lecturing in filmmaking at several Indian and Sri Lankan institutes and universities. Dhanushka is a pioneering member of the first film academy of Sri Lanka – Digital Film Academy which is known as the Colombo Film School now.

He is currently living in Estonia and working as a cinematographer. His recent works includes an Estonian TV-Game series, ‘Bitter Terminus’ in 2020.
